National Grid Metering provides metering services on behalf of National Grid Gas and manages the relationship with its customers: gas shippers and suppliers. Our aim is to deliver a high quality, value for money service to our customers through: Asset management, Meter installation, exchange and removal; and 24/7 customer support.

Older versions, along with historical documents have now been archived, but are available upon request. Should you choose to contract with us for Metering services, you will automatically become eligible to join our Contract Review Group (CRG). The CRG meets quarterly and provides an opportunity to discuss the structural content of the Metering contract(s), National Grid’s performance; and any industry issues/ general discussion items tabled by its membership.
