Proud to make a difference for our customers
Domestic Metering has gained Europe-wide recognition, scooping silver in the ‘Best Small Contact Centre’ category at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) 2017.
The ECCCSAs are the most prestigious awards in the service industry with entries from 17 countries and 2000 hours of judging from over 35 judges, designed to celebrate and recognise organisations leading the way in delivering exceptional service, whilst also valuing their people and seeking to continually innovate and improve the customer experience.
The awards ceremony took place on Tuesday 28 November at the impressive Evolution venue in Battersea Park, London. Over 1,100 guests were entertained with amazing acts from around the world before winners were announced by journalist, newsreader and television presenter Fiona Bruce, with support from Olympic Gold Medallist, Steve Redgrave.
In a communication to the wider team, Maxine Long, Head of Domestic Metering said “Last night we beat off stiff competition to be Silver Award winners in the Contact Centre category.
I am very proud of the work we all do to make a difference for our customers; this award was very well deserved and recognises the quality of what we do and the culture we have created.”
